Delete your Fragnoir account

You can delete your account whenever you like, and everything it holds goes with it. The quickest way is in the app. If you no longer have the app, you can ask us by email.

In the app

  1. Open Fragnoir on your iPhone or Android phone.
  2. Go to Settings, then Account.
  3. Tap Delete account, then confirm with Delete everything.

Deleting takes effect at once and cannot be undone. The app signs you out and resets its analytics identifiers on your phone.

What is deleted

Deleting your account removes, all at once:

  • your account and the sign-in behind it;
  • your shelf: the bottles you own, want or have tried, with your private ratings and notes;
  • every review you wrote, including reviews that were already published;
  • the suggestions you sent us, such as a missing barcode or a correction to a fragrance’s notes.

What is kept, and for how long

Two kinds of record are not part of the account and expire on their own schedule. Usage analytics, if you agreed to them, are deleted automatically 24 months after they are recorded, and crash reports are deleted after 90 days. We do not keep a label photograph at all.

If you no longer have the app

Write to [email protected] from the email address on the account and tell us you want it deleted. We reply within one month.

An account that never had an email address can be deleted only from the app, because nothing else connects it to you.
